Q: Is this a physical or digital zine project?Burnt Skies is a SFW physical zine! A possible NSFW digital zine is being considered depending on the interest check results.Q: Is the project for profit, charity, or both?The zine is for charity all proceeds will go towards the floods effecting Spain & the USA in 2024.Q: How will contributors be compensated?The goal is to get everyone there own contributor bundles.Q: Will other ships be allowed in the zine?We ask because this is a zine about Marco x Ace that the focus stays fully on them. Background ships are okay as long as the majority of the focus is on them a the main couple.Q: Can people submit X Reader or OC content to their applications?Unfortunately, no we will not accepting any pieces of this content.Q: Can I apply for more than one position?You may! Though you will only be accepted for one role!Q: Do I need prior zine experience to apply for the zine?You do not need previous experience to apply!

Zine Expectations
1. You must be at least 18 years of age when applying for the zine.2. You can apply for more than one role but will only be accepted for one of them.3. Role requirements:Writers: Will be expected to write one piece for the SFW zine with a word count between 2-2.5k. You will also be paired with a spot artist to work with to make pieces that go along with the fic! When you submit your writing samples, keep in mind the maximum word count for each of them should be 2.5k.Artists: Will be expected to make at least one full page or spread piece of artwork in full color! When submitting your samples, keep in mind they should be finished pieces and, in the case of illustrations, this includes backgrounds whenever possible.Spot Artists: Will be alllowed to choose a fic they would like to draw for after selections are made. You will be expected to draw at least one to two pieces of art in full color. Merch artists can request to work on more than one piece, but assignment of these is subject to the zine’s budget and the merch that has already been assigned. Merch artists should submit examples of previous merch they have designed and, in case more samples are needed, they can also add art pieces that could be made into merch without significant alterations.
